Alexandra is a consummate professional in all aspects - from her delightful creations to her extreme attention to detail, to the creation of the "perfect look"!! I have had many a guest "ooh" and "aah" as they've been treated to the results of her and her team's hard work.

I just wanted to drop you a quick note of THANKS for your wonderful hospitality while we were in The Bahamas! Lunch at August Moon was such a highlight!! We loved the afternoon and were so pleased to visit such a loyal Bogle establishment! We also enjoyed the guava "rolls" at Ruben and Raquel's house on Sunday. Thank you for taking the time to make those...I know how busy you were that weekend!!
I wonder if you would be willing to share a few recipes for our upcoming wine club shipment. I look for two or three to complement the wines we are sending, in this case a reserve Zinfandel and reserve Petite Sirah. Anything you would be willing to contribute would be outstanding! (Although, I LOVED the banana soup and the oxtails and beans!! They were so unique and just so flavorful!!) You would receive full billing, of course, and we would let folks know to stop into August Moon on their next stay in Nassau. So...let me know what you think!!

Your presentation of the hors d'oeuvres trays and the tables were excellent. The shrimp/tamarind sauce and crab cakes were to die for. The conch chowder and the tuna steak dinner were excellent... I've never eaten so much.

Thank you for a really scrumptious dinner - which was thoroughly enjoyed by all - everyone commented on the "Apple & Curry Butter Swirl" Soup - thought it was unusual and delicious. Everything was perfect. The meringues were perfect. Also all the guys were great.
Thank you also for all the mangoes - I am really going to enjoy them - along with a little sharing as I am not sure I can eat that many at the rate they will be ripening!

Everyone who attended enjoyed the evening so much, even prevailing upon us to hire you each month instead of our present arrangement. The food was fantastic, different and beautifully displayed. the figs and mushroom pate were big hits, as well as the Thai beef salad. The desserts were to die for. You did a spectacular job.

We just wanted to send you a very special thank you for making our wedding incredibly wonderful! We know that you did a lot of work on the decorations and the pictures that we have of the reception look just fantastic! The setting by the water was beautiful and the table decorations with the orchids and palm leaves look great in the pictures. It certainly looks like a Bahamian party!
The food, including our special roast pig, was amazing!Everything was really well prepared and it all tasted so good! Many of the guests remarked how good everything tasted and others talked about how good everything looked. This was very important to us and you pulled it off flawlessly. Even the rainstorm didn't phase you - everything just kept running smoothly (or at least that's how it looked to us!!)

Actually, I can't believe that it was only one week ago.
As you were working so hard in the garage, I'm not sure if you are aware of how well received all your food was. There was a group that situated themselves on the steps near the front entrance so that they could get first tastes of every goodie that arrived from the back. And they wouldn't move, either! The food was fabulous, and oh, what amazing taste treats!
All of your staff were absolutely delightful. So, so pleasant, and really helpful. Please let them all know that they received rave reviews as well as all the food.
You made the dining room table look magnificent, and you managed to produce the exact feel that I had in mind. The whole evening was exactly as I had imagined it should be, and I can't thank you enough.
Your food disappeared as quickly as it appeared and EVERYONE loved every morsel. And what a perfect evening it was to eat under the stars.
I looked out on to the porch the next morning and wondered if the whole thing had been a dream, because there was no trace of what had gone on the night before. What a wonderful evening it was.

It was a fantastic evening and a huge success in every way. The food was wonderful as always, the decorations and set-up were fantastic and it all fitted our Indian theme making it just perfect for the event. Thank you for the DJ and bar service also. Everything was so well organized down to the very last detail and I think that everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves.
